Da mein Basskoffer den ich vor 2 Jahren gekauft hab einen dermaßen beschissen Innenraum hatte, so dass der Bass den ich rein gelegt habe immer da drin umher gerutscht ist, hab ich einen neuen Innenraum gestaltet.

Als erstes alles Alte rausgerissen und in der Mitte ein Holz zur Stabilisierung rein.

So, at the weekend sind sowohl das Radio als auch die ganzen anderen Teile gekommen, gestern hab ich dann den Griff so vergrößert, dass das Radio reinpasst. Die Abmessungen für die Löcher der Lautsprecher hab ich auch schon aufgezeichnet.

Heute wurden nun die Löcher mit der Stichsäge ausgesägt und die Lautsprecher eingepasst. was nicht ganz leicht war, denn der Bierkasten lässt sich mit der Stichsäge schneiden wie Butter und ein genauer Kreis ist unmöglcih weil du immer zu schnell bist...
Genauso hab ich die Löcher für den Amperemeter und Voltmeter aber dort hab ich dann zur Sicherheit mehr gefeilt als gesägt, da diese runden Löcher dann doch zu klein waren für die Stichsäge.

Aufbau

Die Anzeigen, Lautsprecher, Schalter und das Autoradio sollen an die Vorderseite. Wobei das Autoradio in etwa in die Grifföffnung des Bierkastens passen sollte.
Die Anschlüsse sollten auf die Hinterseite in die Grifföffnung und mit einer Klappe zum Schutz vor Sand/Dreck etc. verschliessbar sein.
Die Lautsprecher brauchen entsprechend grossen Raum im Bierkasten der gedämmt sein sollte.
Die Batterie sollte im Hinteren Teil der Kiste plaziert werden.
